1. General Refund Rules
OneVPN offers refunds in limited cases where the Service cannot be used due to technical issues directly caused by us.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
You may request a refund if:
- You were unable to connect to any VPN server due to a verified technical issue on our side;
- Your subscription was charged multiple times by mistake;
- You purchased the Service but did not use your subscription (no active connections).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Changes in your ISP, government restrictions, or blocking of VPN use;
- Failure to configure the client on your device when our servers are functional;
- Slow speeds caused by third-party networks;
- Using the Service for more than 7 days after purchase;
- Purchases made outside our official website app.vpn-one.com.
4. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within **7 days of purchase**.
After that period, refunds cannot be issued.
5. How to Request a Refund

Your email must include:
- Your order ID;
- Email used to purchase;
- Reason for the refund request;
- Screenshots or logs (if applicable).
6. Response Time
Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days after verification.
